Late Cancellations, Late Check-Ins, No-Shows, Missed Appointments

NO-SHOWS, CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, AND LATE CHECK-INS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, AND CONVERTED TO A MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE, EQUAL TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. IF A TREATMENT CREDIT FROM A MEMBERSHIP OR PACKAGE WAS USED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, THE TREATMENT CREDIT WILL NOT BE CREDITED BACK TO THE MEMBERSHIP OR PACKAGE.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
Memberships and Packages
This Website features products or services that are offered via a subscription model. A subscription model requires regular automatic payments to receive a product or service. Be Spa Memberships utilize a subscription model.

MEMBERSHIPS MAY BE PAUSED OR CANCELED AT ANYTIME, WILL BE RENEWED AUTOMATICALLY, AND BILLED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD UNTIL YOU CANCEL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS OR UNUSED TREATMENT CREDITS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ROLLOVERS (30 DAYS MAXIMUM) OF UNUSED TREATMENTS FROM THE PREVIOUS SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD INTO THE ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD MAY NOT BE REDEEMED IF ALL TREATMENTS ALLOTTED FOR THE ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD HAVE NOT BEEN DEPLETED, OR IF THE MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN CANCELLED OR PENDING CANCELLATION.
YOU MUST REQUEST MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION SIMPLY BY NOTIFYING US THROUGH EMAIL AT CONTACTUS@BESPACLUB.COM, OR BY LOGGING INTO YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT.
