COMPRESSION THERAPY

Compression Therapy helps optimize recovery, reduces pain and soreness, and stimulates lymphatic drainage by utilizing dynamic air compression to create a restorative massage that helps you feel refreshed and recover faster. This controlled compression of the legs/hip mobilizes fluids and speeds up your body’s natural process of filtering metabolites, lactic acid and other organic debris that builds up in the blood, particularly after an exercise-induced trauma event to the body.

Normatec 3.0 by Hyperice is the most scientifically backed dynamic air compression system in the world. Designed to improve mobility and range of motion (ROM), help prevent delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), and provide restorative healing results. It's been the most trusted system by the world’s top athletes and fitness advocates everywhere looking to advance their wellness.

Be Spa also features Normatec's Complete Lower Body equipment options, including BOTH Full Leg + Full Hip Attachments. Patented, precision pulse technology helps increase circulation, revive muscles, and reduce swelling with 7 levels of compression to deliver precise treatment to 5 overlapping zones in the legs, and 2 overlapping zones in the hip. Normatec harnesses biomimicry to replicate the natural muscle pumps and one way valves of the legs.

A standard Compression Therapy Session at Be Spa is 60 minutes or 40 minutes to maximize results! Normatec Compression Therapy is performed in a Private Suite on a Zero Gravity Bed for extreme comfort during your visit.
