    • FIRST FLOAT: 20-25 MIN EARLY CHECK-IN REQUIRED. This is to complete paperwork, receive treatment instructions, and shower before your float. • RETURN FLOAT: 5-10 MIN EARLY CHECK-IN REQUIRED. This is to shower before your float. • If you are LATE FOR CHECK-IN, we will not be able to provide service. Appointments run on a fixed schedule and start promptly on time. • Bring your government issued ID.

    Cancelation Policy

    *NO-SHOWS, CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, AND LATE CHECK-INS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, AND CONVERTED TO A MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE, EQUAL TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. *THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS, PACK CANCELLATIONS, OR UNUSED TREATMENTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
